The Research Forum: Searching for the Best Thesis Paper in CAS Department

Research forum has been an annual event of the CAS department for 17 years, which led to acquiring student’s interest in creating relevant thesis research.  This time around, the CAS research forum was back on track with lots of participants wanting to clinch the awards for best paper and best presenter.

During the Research forum that was held via zoom last May 15, the CAS department was pleased to announce the winner of the annual event which was open to all the chosen thesis, exclusively for CAS department. With this, the winners were announced on the latter part of the forum.

 

The research entitled: “Ebalwasyon sa Ideya ng Pakikisama ng Batangueño sa Paraan ng Pakikipag-Barikan” won the 1st Best Paper on the annual event. Together with the 1st placer, the research entitled: “ Justice &. COVID-19 Virus: Challenges Encountered During Online Court Proceedings By Private and Public Attorneys in Batangas City” attained the 2nd best paper while the 3rd best paper was given to the research entitled: “Isumbong Mo Kay Idol Raffy: Understanding Batangueños’ Perceptions on Justice Dispensed by Tulfo Court”. 

 

In addition, there are also three (3) winners of the best presenter award. First on the list is Ms. Hannah Paulene c. Dimaano who clinched the 1st best presenter award. To follow her is Mr. Jemrrick P. Catli who won the 2nd best presenter award. Last on the list was Mr. Riovolt Voughnder D. Josol who got the 3rd best presenter award. These winners proved that they are truly deserving of the award. 

 

With the event being successful once again, the people behind this event are looking forward to more research papers to be defended on the annual event for the students to unleash their ultimum.
